Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services in Allentown, PA seeks a Field Services Account Manager to drive growth and maintain client relationships in environmental and industrial services. You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver safe, compliant service across sites.

In this role, you will meet quarterly revenue targets, prospect for new opportunities, and use CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience including account management and business development.
• Experience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
• Background resolving customer issues related to environmental services and remediation.
• Experience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers and secure Field Services work.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and branches to maximize revenue and service delivery.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while tracking sales activities and results.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.
• Serve as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and opportunities.
• Assist with collection of invoiced revenue from customers.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to achieve program goals.
