Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking a Project Manager to support our growing Industrial and Environmental Services business. This role plans, coordinates, and oversees field service projects from initial scope through completion, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence.

You will work closely with customers, Operations, field crews, and internal teams to drive successful project execution, manage resources, and deliver clear status updates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing field-based projects, crews, schedules, and budgets.
  • Experience with project estimating, job costing, and resource planning.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, Operations, Safety, and leadership.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and active worksites as needed to oversee projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial and environmental service projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and prepare for upcoming work.
  • Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, schedules, and overall profitability.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and address project-related concerns as they arise.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Safety to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while meeting customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations throughout project execution.
  • Manage project documentation, work orders, daily reports, change orders, and project closeout.
  • Conduct field audits to verify personnel, equipment, safety documentation, and project requirements are in compliance.
  • Provide direction and support to field supervisors and crews during project execution.
  • Identify and resolve project delays, field issues, resource constraints, and other challenges that may impact project completion.
  • Provide project status updates and reports to management as needed.
  • Oversee field service and emergency response projects as assigned.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, vacuum services, hydroblasting, environmental remediation, waste services, or emergency response.
  • OSHA, HAZWOPER, or other relevant safety certifications.
  • Experience preparing estimates, proposals, bids, and change orders.
  • Knowledge of environmental and industrial safety requirements.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with industrial field service equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel based on project needs.
