Job summary

Air Centers of Florida coordinates, monitors and improves field service activities, supporting on-site installations, maintenance and repairs while ensuring jobs are scheduled with parts available. You will establish rapport with customers and ensure their requirements are met.

In this role you will greet service visitors, manage WIP reports, and prepare quotes, invoices, and warranty claims in a fast-paced environment that values clear communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related work experience or training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting principles.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle high volumes of work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians daily in an efficient manner.
• Open work orders and coordinate with team to meet customer needs.
• Ensure parts are available for service jobs by coordinating with parts.
• Greet and assist service visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage various reports for accuracy.
• Daily management of the WIP (Work in Progress) report.
• Invoice completed work orders according to designations.
• Manage the PM accounts to ensure parts lists are accurate.
• Track open work orders, parts status follow-up, and scheduling.
• Input and close warranty claims on the web portal as needed.
• Prepare service quotations.
