Job summary

Power-Motive-Corporation is seeking a Field Service Manager in Denver to oversee the field service department, drive efficient operations, and advise the Service Manager on the best interests of the company. You will manage technicians, scheduling, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires 5+ years servicing heavy equipment, 3-5 years supervisory experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college/trade school preferred.
• 5+ years experience servicing heavy equipment.
• 3-5 years admin/clerical experience.
• 3-5 years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Technicians and_field service personnel to perform at a high level.
• Assists in hiring, training, and directing field staff.
• Conducts performance reviews for Field Service technicians.
• Ensures safety principles are followed and company policies are applied.
• Provides quotes and coordinates service work with customers.
