• Controls operating expenses and inventory for the location.
• Ensures safety and financial audits are completed and compliant.
• Makes sure schedules are up to date and procedures followed.
• Monitors performance metrics and allocates resources for efficiency.
• Develops succession plans and provides coaching feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
