Culligan Quench is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair water systems including filters, ice machines, and dispensers. The role is customer-facing and requires a professional demeanor and safe work practices. Training will be provided to ensure success in the position.

The position involves driving to customer sites, performing routine maintenance, and documenting work; a valid driver's license is required and the candidate must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude with tools or mechanical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, and inspect lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and site procedures.
• Maintain company vehicle and keep logs up to date.
• Safely transport and operate equipment and tools at sites.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional and timely customer service at each visit.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
