Job summary

Miner Ltd, an OnPoint Company, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the support staff including field service technicians across multiple sites. You will set expectations, monitor results, and ensure delivery of high-quality service that meets customer needs.

This leadership role requires strong management, excellent communication, and the ability to work across remote offices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Ability to work across remote offices with diverse backgrounds.
• Dock and Door Industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations, plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce systems, policies and procedures.
• Resolve personnel and service problems by analyzing data and proposing actions.
• Schedule and assign personnel to complete production plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and report results.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Educate personnel on control points, equipment, and resources.
• Provide mentorship and training for technicians and new employees.
• Develop knowledge of operating standards and safety instructions.
