Job summary

Flex is seeking a seasoned project supervisor to lead field install crews across construction and manufacturing sites. You will read blueprints, manage logistics, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and equipment vendors.

This role requires strong planning, scheduling, and communication to keep projects on time and within budget. Travel up to 15% to job sites is required as projects span multiple sites; you will collaborate with engineers and site teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Experience managing multiple field install crews.
• Logistics experience required.
• Must read blueprints.
• OSHA & Safety.
• Hands-on mechanical.
• Planning and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hiring process for assigned staff.
• Enforce safety regulations at all times.
• Conduct inspections, environmental and engineer reports, permits, and budgets.
• Coordinate with the client or site owner to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Review budgets with the project manager and determine the scope of work.
• Estimate scope and obtain bids as necessary.
• Hire, direct, and supervise subcontractors and staff.
• Resolve work problems and grievances.
• Inspect installation methods and projects for conformance with specs, budget and schedule.
• Communicate status with the project team.
• Attend meetings on behalf of clients and CTS.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and equipment deliveries.
