Job summary

ProMach, in partnership with Serpa Packaging Solutions, seeks a Field Service Manager to lead the Field Service Group, directing onsite and remote support worldwide. You will manage response times, scheduling, and data-driven performance to meet customer needs and company goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 20% is required as part of client-site support and project execution.

Qualifications

• Monitor and assign customer support cases with expedited response times.
• Lead the Field Service Group to deliver services and report resource utilization to management.
• Decide service requirements and schedule resources considering customer needs and technician availability.
• Ensure service orders are resolved on time and profits are maintained; document equipment issues for internal resolution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Fabrication, Purchasing, Assembly, Shipping and Third Party vendors to support Field Service events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, performance tracking, and adherence to budgets.
• Maintain daily records (reports/logs) and drive continuous improvement.
