• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan ahead over a one-to-two year horizon.
• Willingness to travel between Eau Claire and West Salem locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the work of battery technicians and act as main point of contact.
• Provide field service proposals for recommended repairs.
• Issue purchase orders for outside repairs as needed.
• Develop and maintain adequately skilled field service staff.
• Ensure safety standards are enforced and staff are trained.
