Job summary

LS Cable & System USA, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Field Service Manager to lead LV Busway field activities across the United States and North America. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction/field service, strong leadership, and excellent reporting and communication skills. Travel about 50% to data centers, industrial, and commercial sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical construction, field service, or power distribution systems.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with LV busway systems, Busplugs, or switchgear is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field service activities for LV Busway systems across project sites.
• Manage Electrical Testing, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and installation support.
• Supervise Field Technicians to ensure quality and safety on site.
• Provide hands-on guidance during installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, PMs, engineering, and management.
