Job summary

LS Cable & System U.S.A., Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA, is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field service activities for LV Busway systems and related gear across North America.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, proven leadership, and customer-facing experience, with the ability to manage teams, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical construction, field service, power distribution, or related electrical industries.
• Strong electrical background, preferably LV power distribution or Busway systems.
• Associate/Technical/Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience leading Field Technicians or field teams to meet schedules and quality.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and installation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field service activities for LV Busway systems across multiple sites.
• Manage Electrical Testing, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and installation support.
• Supervise Field Technicians to ensure task execution and safety.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance during installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, PMs, engineering, and internal management.
• Serve as primary contact for customer concerns, field issues, and post-install support.
• Conduct field inspections for compliance with drawings, standards, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and review technical service reports, analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop training for Field Technicians, subcontractors, and customer reps.
• Travel frequently to project sites; approx. 50% travel.
