Job summary

Foley Industries in Kansas seeks a Field Service Manager to lead the equipment service team, schedule work, communicate with customers, and direct field technicians to deliver excellent service. You will ensure safety, manage customer communications on repairs, status and pricing, and coordinate training and tools for technicians; occasional travel to other locations is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Experience or knowledge of heavy equipment.
• Experience working in a service department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is performed safely.
• Develop schedule to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and technicians on repairs, status, price and follow-up.
• Ensure technicians have necessary training and tools needed.
• Review work orders and their status.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
