Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training and engagement of self and team members.
• Oversees implementation and oversight of schedules, services, results and related programs.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, codes and regulations and maintains quality standards.
• Monitors performance metrics and drives improvements across the department.
• Manages the group budget and allocates resources to achieve goals.
