You will supervise technicians, enforce SOPs, coordinate with dispatch, review warranties, and uphold OSHA safety standards while championing our values of Devotion, Focus, and Respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required for travel and ride-alongs.
• Strong baseline proficiency in technical code requirements and basic industry-related financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs, quality workmanship, and customer service.
• Coach technicians through ride-alongs and feedback to maximize service performance.
• Resolve on-site technical, operational, and customer issues to minimize downtime.
• Review vehicle callbacks, warranties, and recalls to support training.
• Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and call center to boost productivity.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards across field activities.
