Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is seeking a Service Manager to lead field operations, coordinate routes, and ensure world-class service. You will oversee service professionals, handle scheduling, training, and compliance while maintaining vehicles and equipment.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 1+ years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to safely apply pesticides on customer sites. Travel and on-the-road duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1+ yrs management experience.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to read and write notes clearly (Performed through our App and Online).
• Ability to successfully complete state pesticide applicator licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Complete routes from call-offs and perform office duties on Monday and Friday.
• Perform full-day visits with team members in the field.
• Oversee service pros with operations including training, compliance, HR activities, and sales.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean and proper condition.
• Drive a company vehicle to customers’ locations and apply pesticides safely.
• Document services performed according to policy and applicable laws.
• Call customers with updates and respond quickly to requests.
