The ideal candidate has strong leadership, can coach technicians, and operates with integrity in face-to-face field service scenarios. On-call rotation, travel, and a commitment to safety are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service experience with commercial foodservice equipment, HVAC/R, or refrigeration.
• EPA certification or equivalent refrigeration certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Leadership, mentoring, or technician training experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Communicate with customers and branch staff regarding repair status, scheduling, and service conditions.
• Complete service tickets accurately and according to company procedures and best practices.
• Maintain truck stock and ensure technicians have parts and materials needed to complete service calls.
• Provide technical support, coaching, and training to assigned technicians.
• Assist with monthly technician and safety meetings and performance reviews.
