Job summary

SJE is hiring a Field Service Manager for the Revere brand in Alabama. The role oversees field service personnel, drives service capability expansion, and advocates for customers while aligning with company objectives. Heavy travel is required and relocation is not specified.

The position demands deep knowledge of control systems (DCS, PLC, HMI, VFD) and instrumentation for water/wastewater markets, with leadership, budgeting, and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering technology degree or related experience in electronics and control systems.
• Extensive experience/knowledge of engineering, construction, design, field service and management.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of field-related service experience.
• Experience in wireless communication (RF and cellular) applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Management and Engineering to assign field service team for testing, startup and commissioning.
• Monitor labor and expenses, ensuring 85–90% utilization.
• Provide technical directions and support to field personnel and customers.
• Develop team through training and recruiting to meet department goals.
