Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a high-impact Head of International Field Service to lead our global service organization and ensure delivery of service agreements and warranty obligations across regions.

The role will recruit, mentor, and manage Field Service Engineers, implement scalable processes, optimize inventory, and collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience in field service management or medical industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement processes for efficiency and a scalable service business, including inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and regional sales teams throughout Europe, overseeing daily operations and escalations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering with professional field service or medical industry management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM Information Systems, standard software, and O.R. protocols a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with willingness to travel up to 50%.
