The Field Service Manager reports to the Senior Field Service Manager. You will be responsible for delivering Hach’s field service contracts, recruiting and developing technicians, tracking performance trends, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a remote position based in Colorado or Northern California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with environmental and health policies.
  • Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity initiatives.
  • Review and adjust customer service contracts.
  • Travel to customer sites, evaluate technician performance, and build relationships.
  • Evaluate and develop technician skills and growth opportunities.
  • Engage in performance management activities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership and performance management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range is $105,000 - $112,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility. We offer health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
