The Field Service Manager reports to the Senior Field Service Manager. You will be responsible for delivering and executing Hach’s field service contract and on-demand obligations. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and develop Field Service Technicians (FSTs), analyze business and operational trends, and improve customer relationships.
This is a remote position based in Colorado or Northern California. Multiple locations are listed for marketing purposes, but only one position is available.
The salary range is $105,000 - $112,000 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus pay. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k). The actual pay will depend on various factors including experience and location.
