Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking a Field Service Manager to service clients and assist with sales. The role involves dispatch coordination with the Branch Manager, travel within assigned territory, and a Monday–Friday schedule with every third Saturday.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and a full benefits package. Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to upsell current business.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, service, and business development.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers (12-15 sites/day).
• Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management weekly.
• Assist with operations at the Branch.
• Report to branch daily for dispatch.
• Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required.

The Field Service Manager is responsible for servicing all clients, as well as assist with sales functions. This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30am - 3:00pm and every third Saturday

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 salary plus monthly bonus opportunity

The ideal candidate will be located inside the perimeter, as this position will be servicing both our East Point and Doraville branches and their markets.
