Job summary

Staff Zone in Greenville is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee payroll, recruiting, dispatching, and supervision of the temporary workforce for construction staffing. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining strong organizational and management skills.

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with up to 45% bonus opportunity, paid monthly. Work schedule is 5:00am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a management role.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to customer sites.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch temporary workers to job sites and manage time tickets, safety equipment, and directing employees to sites.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and other HR functions.
• Qualify temporary employees for work eligibility and assist applicants with payroll processing.
• Visit job sites to ensure employee safety procedures are followed.
• Conduct employee safety reviews and document job site accident reports.
• Manage risk and file timely accident reports when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients daily.

The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of personnel management for our temporary workforce including payroll, recruiting, dispatching, and supervising the temporary workforce assigned to our clients. Additionally, the Branch Manager provides exceptional customer service to our current and prospective clients on a daily basis. This position requires an individual who possesses strong organizational and management skills.

$50,000-$55,000 base salary plus up to 45% bonus opportunity. Bonuses are paid monthly

Work Schedule - 5:00am-3:00pm M-F and every other weekend

Responsibilities as Branch Manager:

• Dispatch temporary workers to various job sites by preparing work time tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, and directing employees to job site locations.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and other human resources functions

• Qualify temporary employees for work eligibility, assist applicants with the employment process, and help process payroll for completed work orders

• Visit job sites to ensure employee safety procedures are being followed

• Conduct employee safety reviews and job site accident reports

• Risk and accident management by filing timely reports when necessary

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred.

• 2+ years experience in a management role

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a personal vehicle to customer site visits

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willing to work a rotating weekend schedule, some holidays as required
