Job summary

Staff Zone is a nationally accredited woman-owned construction staffing firm seeking a Field Service Manager in Austin, TX. You will engage in sales, service, and business development, travel throughout the territory to visit regular and prospective customers, and coordinate daily with the Branch Manager for dispatch and operations.

This role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a drug screen, and the flexibility to work Monday–Friday 5:30am–2:30pm with

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to upsell current business.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to adapt to inclement weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, service, and business development.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit customers (12–15 site visits per day).
• Strategize and communicate daily with team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports weekly.
• Assist with branch operations.
• Report to branch daily for dispatch.
• Work Monday–Friday 5:30am–2:30pm with occasional weekend/holidays.

The Field Service Manager is responsible for servicing all clients, as well as assist with sales functions. This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.
• Assist with operations at the Branch
• Report to branch daily for dispatch
• Must be able to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm
• Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
