Job summary

SteelcoBelimed Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead all aspects of the designated service region, including workforce planning, performance management, P&L oversight, and customer relations.

The role covers New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and surrounding states, with extensive travel (~20%), and requires an Associate degree and hands-on field leadership. You will build profitable service programs and lead a growing team, while ensuring safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience managing a field team of at least 10 mechanical technicians.
• Ability to travel extensively with ~20% overnight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards in a service environment.
• Able to obtain a valid passport for occasional international travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creatively solve business problems through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage overall service zone performance, including revenue and profitability.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of the field service team.
• Collaborate with Sales to secure service opportunities and customer retention.
• Develop profitable service programs and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and service growth.
