Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of in-house and partner technicians delivering on-site support for Lab Water Solutions products. You will manage installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, validations, and customer training, while building strong customer relationships and ensuring service levels meet or exceed expectations.

The role requires leadership experience, a science/engineering background, and the ability to drive revenue and optimize resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology or Engineering
• 5–7 years managing field service operations
• Strong leadership and customer-management skills
• Data-driven decision making and cost-reduction track record
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency; Salesforce/ServiceMax a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field service representatives and partners.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs of Lab Water Solutions instruments.
• Forecast revenue and expenses, budgeting and scheduling.
• Ensure safety and ISO/QMS compliance; support audits.
• Drive field service KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Field Sales and Digital Sales for site visits.
