Job summary

Qualifications

• Must-have field-first leadership experience in home services or similar trades.
• Proven ability to manage crews, schedule dispatch, and hit targets.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a real plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and dispatch field crews across Houston to complete jobs on time.
• Inspect work, own fixes, and ensure consistent high quality.
• Develop technicians into leads and drive performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales and office to align promises and delivery.
• Enforce safety standards and report crew performance with numbers.
