Job summary

Advantage Pro Services, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Field Service Manager to lead field crews, ensure quality and safety, and drive growth. You will schedule, dispatch, develop technicians, and hold teams to a high standard across the Houston area.

You’ll partner with sales and office to keep promises and outcomes aligned, mentoring Lead Techs and ensuring customer satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications

• Must-have field-first leadership experience in home services or similar trades.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a real plus.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + monthly performance bonus

Reports To: President / Operating Partner

Direct Reports: Field technicians and crews (Lead Techs, Tech Drivers, Exterior Preservation Specialists)

The Field Service Manager is where that promise gets kept or broken. This is not a desk job. It is the person our crews look to in the field every day: the one who sets the standard, holds the line on quality, develops technicians into pros, and makes sure every home gets the same excellent work on the fiftieth visit as it did on the first. If you lead from the truck and not from behind a screen, and you take it personally when a job is not right, this is your seat.

What You'll Own

Field Operations

• Schedule and dispatch crews, set the day, and keep jobs moving on time across the Houston area
• Make sure crews are staffed, routed, and producing at or above target efficiency every day

Quality & Consistency

• Inspect the work and catch problems before the customer does
• Own return visits and rework so the redo looks as good as the first job, every time
• Hold a high quality bar and have the direct conversation when work falls short

People Development

• Train new Technicians and coach the veterans
• Build your next Lead Techs and Tech Drivers from the crews you run

Communication & Accountability

• Document what happens in the field and keep the office in the loop, so a customer is never surprised
• When something goes wrong, own the fix and the follow-up to the root, not a patch
• Partner with sales and the office so what we promise and what we deliver are the same thing

Safety & Reporting

• Enforce safety and company standards on every site, every day
• Track crew performance and report it up with numbers, not guesses

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves

• Field-first leadership experience running crews in home services, property services, construction, landscaping, restoration or a similar hands-on trade
• A builder with an ownership mindset who measures by the result, not by clocking out
• A documenter who writes things down and communicates clearly,
• A proven record of developing green hires into reliable pros
• Valid Texas driver license and a clean driving record
• Available early and on-site across Houston; this is an in-person, local role

Strong Differentiators

• Bilingual English and Spanish, a real plus with our crews
• Experience in residential exterior services (pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters) or comparable route-based field work
• Familiarity with field service software (ServiceTitan, Jobber, or comparable)
• Houston-area market knowledge

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus
