Job summary

Advantage Pro Services in Houston, TX seeks a Field Service Manager to lead field crews, optimize schedules, and ensure on-time, high-quality exterior home services. Base salary $50,000-$60,000 with an annual bonus, PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k). Local market knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must lead field crews in home services or similar hands-on trades.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and result-driven approach.
• Document information clearly and communicate effectively.
• Track record of developing junior staff into reliable pros.
• Valid Texas driver license with clean driving record.
• Available for on-site, local roles across Houston.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch crews across Houston, keeping jobs on time.
• Staff, route, and maintain target daily efficiency.
• Inspect work and own rework to meet quality standards.
• Train technicians and develop lead roles from the crews.
• Document field activities and keep the office updated.
• Ensure safety and report performance with numbers.
