The position requires a high school diploma, 5 years in customer-facing roles, and 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 20%

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (verified prior to start).
• Five years of customer-facing experience.
• One year in a team lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead service location operations and train staff and customers.
• Maintain inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Deliver, pickup, and maintain medical device equipment.
• Serve as service center designee when needed.
• Provide direction and training on protocols and processes.
• Train customers on products and processes.
• Prepare inventory counts and reconcile assets per procedures.
• Support customers including patients and hospital staff with solutions.
• Handle transactions and data entry accurately.
• Prepare equipment and documentation for delivery.
• Assist with outgoing and incoming items and travel up to 20%.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
