Job summary

Solventum in Oklahoma City seeks a Field Service Lead to manage a service location, train staff and educate customers on Solventum products and procedures. This role requires hands-on supervision and the ability to coordinate daily field operations.

You will oversee equipment delivery and return, manage inventory, ensure safety and compliance, and act as site lead in the manager’s absence. Domestic travel up to 5% may be required and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• One (1) year combined year of experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Current, valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership at a service location and train employees and customers.
• Handle loading/unloading and delivery of medical equipment; assist in inventory management.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies; oversee local operations and couriers.
• Prepare equipment for use and document and allocate resources daily.
• Act as service center designee when management is absent.
