Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, seeks a Field Service Lead in Phoenix, AZ to guide a service location and train both staff and customers on equipment, processes, and safety. You will manage delivery, pickup, and service of medical devices, while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and timely support for field operations, with responsibility for vehicle processes and daily facility management.

Formación

• Five (5) years of customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• One (1) year combined year of experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service location operations and train employees and customers on location.
• Provide customer service in delivery, pickup and service of medical equipment.
• Maintain inventory of products, parts, disposables and supplies; perform administrative duties.
• Serve as service center designee in absence of management and assume related responsibilities.
