Job summary

Solventum in Plainview, NY seeks a Field Service Lead to oversee operations at a service location and train staff and customers on our medical device solutions. You will manage inventory, parts, disposables, and supplies while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with company procedures.

You will occasionally travel up to 20% domestically, lead a team, and act as the service center designee in the absence of management, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) from an accredited institution.
• Five years of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• One year combined team lead or supervisory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead service location operations and train staff and customers on procedures.
• Manage inventory, parts, disposables, and supplies per procedures.
• Deliver, pickup and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment.
• Serve as the service center designee in absence of management.
• Provide customer training on products and processes.
• Perform inventory counts and reconciliation of assets and supplies.
• Support customers including patients and hospital staff with superior service.
• Capture transactional data and complete documentation accurately.
• Prepare medical devices, disposables, and documentation for delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers for outgoing and incoming items daily.
• Travel up to 20% domestically to support customers.
