Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed and verified before start.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in diverse environments.
• 1+ year in team lead or supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain fitness as part of job safety requirements.
• Experience handling customer escalations with a solution-based approach.
• Ability to prioritize urgent customer activities and allocate resources onsite.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate diverse reports.
• Desire to be part of a team with initiative and reliability.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead service location operations and train staff and customers.
• Provide loading/unloading, and delivery/service of medical equipment.
• Maintain inventory and facility documentation.
• Act as service center designee in absence of management.
• Coordinate daily customer support, prioritizing equipment needs and resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Oversee local operations, including metrics and courier use.
• Prepare equipment and disposables for use and return; document accordingly.
• Drive a company vehicle and ensure vehicle condition is maintained.
