Job summary

Clean Harbors in Detroit, MI is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role includes ensuring equipment operates correctly and that all job documentation is completed in a timely fashion, with on-site leadership and safety oversight.

New hires attend a two-week Academy out-of-state; expenses are covered and training is paid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and timely documentation of job activities.
• Read work orders, confirm equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting jobs; address deficiencies promptly.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies at the worksite.
• Travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month; be on-call for emergency response as needed.
