Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of electrical testing technicians in our Field Service department in Maryland. You will balance field coordination with staff management, safety enforcement, and project oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget execution for customers.

The role requires a strong technical background, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 6+ years of field service management experience in electrical testing or data center environments.
• 4-6 years related experience with data centers, industrial services, and primary power distribution.
• 6+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience (RFIs, change orders, QC) for construction projects.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards; strong communication and business acumen.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of electrical testing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Foster a collaborative, safe team environment and enforce a strong safety culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback.
• Manage construction docs, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Oversee test procedure documentation, results review, and client test reports.
• Assist in job execution and purchasing of materials; coordinate daily field schedules.
• Serve as primary customer contact for job questions and scope changes.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and safety meetings; manage project schedules and P&L.
