Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Service Manager to lead data center cooling startup, commissioning and operation. You will train field teams and customers, manage CDU-related projects and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable cooling solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical cooling experience, valid license, and willingness to travel up to 15% overnight. The role covers Monroe, LA and surrounding 120 miles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3 years' experience in data center infrastructure with focus on mechanical systems and cooling technologies.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical service expert on data center cooling systems (liquid-to-liquid heat exchange and CDU).
• Train site technicians and customers on installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Manage service components of startup/commissioning projects and operations for CDU and related cooling offerings.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors and internal teams for seamless integration of cooling systems.
• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
• Oversee daily site operations, chemistry, reporting, budget and maintenance programs.
• Maintain relationships with key contacts and perform system audits.
