Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, seeks a dynamic Service Manager in the Monroe, LA area to lead technical services for data center cooling systems, including startup, commissioning, and CDU technologies. You will guide field teams and collaborate with customers to ensure reliable cooling operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3 years' experience in data center infrastructure with a focus on mechanical systems, cooling technologies, and commissioning.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical service expert on data center cooling systems, focusing on liquid-to-liquid heat exchange and CDU technologies
• Train site technicians and customers on installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage service components of startup/commissioning projects and CDU/adjacent liquid cooling operations
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams during new data center builds and retrofits
• Lead and develop high performing teams of technical professionals
• Oversee daily operations of site personnel, chemistry, reporting, budget and maintenance programs
• Maintain relationships with Key Contacts
• Have the ability to perform most roles managed, troubleshoot systems, manage inventory, and perform audits
• Communicate, report and resolve issues with minimal Operations Management support
