Job summary

Consortio Recruitment Group is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee technical service and repair projects across marine and industrial sectors in Texas. You will lead engineers and technicians, coordinate field operations, and ensure high safety and service standards on site.

The role demands 3–5 years in engine services or related technical fields, hands-on maintenance expertise, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in engine services, mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Practical experience with engine maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and technical measurement skills.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Good organisational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and technicians during servicing, repairs and inspections.
• Carry out engine overhauls, component repairs and mechanical assembly.
• Perform engine measurements, testing and fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate job planning, tooling, equipment preparation and mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate service reports, timesheets and technical records.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Liaise with customers, engineers and service coordinators.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
