Job summary

Everllence seeks a Superintendent Engineer to lead field service operations for diesel engines and turbochargers on vessels and power plants. You will supervise a team, provide technical guidance, and coordinate service activities at client sites.

The role requires extensive travel, strong safety focus, and collaboration with customers and workshops to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marine or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively by car, train, plane, boat, and possibly helicopter.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, overhaul and modernize engines and turbochargers on vessels and power plants.
• Provide technical advice, training and service information to customers and vessels.
• Direct and supervise work by outside contractors on company engines.
• Assist workshops with technical matters and manage customer relations.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
