Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, test, and repair products at customer sites. You will lead field crews, handle customer feedback, and ensure complete, accurate Field Service Orders and spare parts tickets while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in field service, strong technical knowledge across electrical, hydraulics, subsea and mechanical equipment, and the ability to read drawings and perform complex calculations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma.
Minimum 5 years of experience in field service technician role.
Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Able to perform moderate complex calculations.
Ability to understand, troubleshoot, explain and teach others about technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide field service expertise on TechnipFMC products, including installation, testing, and repair.
Install, test, and repair products while ensuring safety and quality.
Handle customer comments, requests and complaints.
Lead field service teams and coordinate with service management.
Complete Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) accurately and on time.
