Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a Flowline Engineer to provide sustaining engineering support for our Flowline product portfolio used in pressure pumping and well servicing. You will collaborate with manufacturing, service, field operations, and sales to improve reliability and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 5–10 years in oilfield flowline or frac equipment, with strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and experience with engineering drawings

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 5–10 years in oilfield flowline, frac equipment, or related products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
  • Experience with engineering drawings and ECNs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Flowline products including flow iron, valves, swivel joints, manifolds and fittings.
  • Support manufacturing by resolving production issues and implementing improvements.
  • Investigate field failures, perform RCAs, and drive corrective actions.
  • Assist sales with technical documentation and product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and ECNs.
  • Support product testing, validation, and qualification activities.
  • Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply chain and product management to improve reliability.
  • Participate in customer visits and field support as needed.
