Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking Service Engineers to join our Technical Service team, supporting subsea installations and testing for global projects. You will perform installation, testing, and operational support onshore and offshore, with extensive travel and rotation schedules.

Candidates should have offshore/subsea experience and a strong safety culture. Located in Norway with international exposure, the role offers growth within a leading energy company and opportunities to work with diverse teams

Qualifications

  • Skilled workers diploma (fagbrev) in subsea, automation, hydraulics, electrician, electronics technician or mechanics.
  • Experience with subsea equipment is an advantage.
  • Offshore experience is beneficial in hydraulics, automation, electrical work, electronics or mechanics.
  • Strong HSE commitment and safety focus.
  • Ability to lead and work well in teams, with international mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support of subsea installations domestically and internationally.
  • Installation and maintenance of subsea equipment.
  • Testing of equipment including in-house and system tests.
  • Provide technical and operational support to projects and customers onshore and offshore.
  • Produce procedures and work with extensive travel and offshore rotations.

Job Purpose

Join our Technical Service team as one of our new Service Engineers.

We deliver highly qualified support to our global subsea projects within Service, Installation and Product testing. Our Technical Service team deliver multi discipline and product competency towards RLWI, Intervention (IMR), WOCS, Controls, Completion & Wellhead operations. Currently we are looking for Service Engineers to strengthen our team

Job Description
  • Operational support of TechnipFMC subsea installations domestic and international
  • Installation of subsea equipment and operational maintenance
  • Testing of equipment including inhouse testing and system tests
  • Technical and operational support to projects and customers onshore and offshore
  • Production of procedures
  • Extensive travel is required to support TechnipFMC operations
