Job summary

Majestic Photobooth is seeking a Field Service Representative to own the health of our Boston-based New England market. This is a service-first, hands-on role: you keep every Majestic booth in the territory working, stocked, and looking great, you build real relationships with the venues that host them, and you keep an eye out for the next great venue while you''re out there. You''ll be Majestic''s face in Boston.

Venue managers will know you by name. When something goes wrong, you fix it fast.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule, including evenings.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for ticketing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service tickets within four hours and resolve within 24 hours.
• Keep booths stocked, clean, and working; manage media and printer issues.
• Plan restocking routes to prevent stockouts and minimize paper changes.
• Proactively visit and spot-check booths to catch issues early.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate resupply with the supply chain team.
• Build relationships with venue staff and act as Majestic''s local point of contact.
• Document service visits with photos and notes in the ticketing system.
