Job summary

Majestic Photobooth is seeking an Operations Lead/Field Technician in Chicago to install, maintain, and troubleshoot photobooth systems at venues and events. You will work hands-on, travel to sites, and ensure equipment is ready for activation while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include on-site service visits, pre-event checks, and reporting. Strong problem-solving and comfort with cameras, printers, and computers are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical field service, AV, IT support, or electronics preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, cameras, and printers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot photobooth systems at venues and partner locations.
• Set up, transport, install, and configure equipment according to event specs.
• Provide guest assistance and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
