Job summary

Majestic Photobooth in Nashville (HQ) is seeking a Field Operations Associate to deliver exceptional photobooth experiences at events and venues nationwide. You’ll handle booth installs, on-site operation, troubleshooting, guest engagement, and post-event reporting while keeping equipment ready and aligned with the Majestic brand.

Travel 40-60% and weekend availability required. Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable interfacing with clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, field operations, or related environments preferred.
• Experience setting up equipment, technology, or event activations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations.
• Long‑term venue booth installations and service visits.
• Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Real‑time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Guest experience and on‑site customer support.

The Role

The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long‑term venue locations. This hands‑on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand‑aligned, and event‑ready.
