Job summary

Clean Harbors in Beaumont, TX, is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to lead the Field Technicians in hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and emergency response projects. The role emphasizes safety, supervision, and on-time project execution with adherence to OSHA, EPA and H&S standards.

The Foreperson will train technicians, coordinate resources, and manage on-site operations, including heavy equipment handling, PPE usage, and on-call duty for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physically intensive role.
• Supervisory, crew lead or leadership experience.
• Ability to travel and be on-call for emergencies.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical per position.
• Compliance with respiratory protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Train and mentor the Field Service Technicians.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards and regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and resources for field service and emergency response projects.
• Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects as directed.
• Perform heavy lifting and operate light/heavy equipment and tools.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow PPE protocols.
• Work in varying temperatures, weather, and hazardous environments.
• Attend safety and compliance meetings.
• Complete required paperwork such as inspections and permits.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations including DOT requirements.
• Support on-call emergency response on rotating basis.
