Job summary

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing projects within budget, and coordinating resources for field operations, with on-call duties for emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a physically intensive role.
• Supervisory/crew lead or leadership experience.
• Willing to travel/overnight as needed.
• On-call for emergency response.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check, drug test, and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Execute projects on time and within budget.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards/regulations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field service and emergency response projects.
• Lead field service and emergency response efforts when directed.
• Attend safety and compliance meetings.
• Perform site inspections and prepare paperwork as required.
