Job summary

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our vacuum pumps and systems, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise.

You will report into the Field Service Manager, conduct visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, perform installations, and be the on-site contact for customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics.
1–2 years of experience maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-call.

Responsibilities

Report into the Field Service Manager.
Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum pumps and systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
