Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience in semiconductor or related high-precision systems.
• Strong mechanical and electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Experience analyzing logs and diagnostic data to identify faults.
• Proven ability to write and present detailed failure analyses and reports.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support and escalations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end failure investigations of robotic systems and components.
• Perform forensic teardown, analysis, and replication of failure conditions.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes.
• Validate root cause findings with data analysis and targeted experiments.
• Write and review detailed failure analysis and RMA reports.
• Provide technical support for vacuum wafer-handling robots to OEMs and end users.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and servicing of robot systems.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites for field work.
